Zoe Day- Painting with Socks- at Well Street Church

Z oe Day professional artist and tutor at Canvas Art School gave an extremeley fascinating demonstration of painting with a sock in acrylics.  Quite a method to free oneself up.  She produced a fantastic painting in little over three quarters of an hour just a sock, some acrylics, a fine brush all used on a black canvas support.  Everybody was so impressed that it caused much debate and Zoe eventually ran out of time to complete her schedule.  So she has agreed to come back again when we can fit her in.  The painting was also so good that Zoe has agreed to auction off at the next event where debs Last will be giving us an introduction to mono printing.
