Easter Exhibition - Stowe House
Tuesday 8th May to Monday 13th April 2009

S towe House hosted a brillaint first coperation between the SHPT (Stowe House Preservation Trust), Buckingham Art For All and Buckingham Art.  Much praise was given to the quality of the work both to the amateurs and the professionals.  A huge thank you must go to the SHPT for all their hard work in making this happen and also to the members of Bafa and BA that worked in getting the exhibition hung, stewarded and taken down. And not forgetting the SHPT volunteers who manned the reception and dealt most admirably with all the sales.  This event was organised to increase the awareness of Stowe House to the general public where visitors were encouraged not only to tour the House but also to visit the exhibition.  Let's hope that with the co-operation of the SHPT, Stowe School, Bafa and BA that this can become an annual event.
